BlinkinGreen is a personal project that shares real driving data from a single Tesla vehicle. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit the site, how it is used, and what choices you have.

No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

What We Collect

The only personal information collected from visitors is an email address, and only if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter. Subscription uses double opt-in, meaning you will receive a confirmation email before anything is sent.

When you visit the site, basic usage data may be collected if you give analytics consent. This includes:

  • Pages viewed and navigation paths
  • Browser name and operating system family
  • Device type and viewport size category
  • Browser language
  • Referrer and UTM campaign parameters

This data is collected using a custom first-party analytics system. No third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics are used.

  • Cloudflare: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which handles standard CDN and DNS operations.

Vehicle Data

All driving and charging data shown on this site comes from a single privately owned vehicle. No visitor vehicle data is collected or accessed. The vehicle data is retrieved from the Tesla API by a backend system and displayed on the site for informational purposes only.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers. API keys are handled server-side and never exposed to the browser. No sensitive data is stored in local storage or session storage.
